These designs are a collection of interactive posters for a hypothetical event in a real DJ party series called JUICED. I felt they were an apt application for coding: the dynamic design invites engagement from the users in a way that mirrors the collaborative energy of a dance music function.
I had only been coding for a couple months when I made these posters and had no Javascript skills back then, so the designs feature only CSS-based animations and interactions. Looking back at this work now, I’m reminded that basic tools are not always a limitation. Much can be done with less.
